Sanctuary Flower Order Form

FIRST & CALVARY FLOWER PROGRAM

Members of our congregation are invited to provide memorial flowers for the traditional worship services in our sanctuary.

Each bouquet will cost $35.00. (Payment must be received before order is processed).
A total of 2 bouquet’s are able to be designated each Sunday. This is on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that if the Sunday you ask for is no longer available, we will move your flower order to the closest date possible.
Persons will not be able to designate a specific type of flower or color of flowers; such designations are difficult to coordinate.
There will be no memorial flowers on Easter Sunday or during the month of December. The church will use only lilies or poinsettias on these Sundays.

If you are ordering flowers for more than one Sunday, please submit a seperate online form for each date requested.
