Crosslines Food Collection Challenge

Thank you for our continued support to Crosslines and the Well of Life emergency food pantry

The Crosslines Food Challenge concluded with a lively CAN-struction in the atrium. Sunday School Classes from pre- school through fifth grade joined the fun. Each child that participated received a blue ribbon from our honorary guests Neil and Juanita Cannon who have served as our fish day organizers for twenty two years.

We successfully collected 2496 pounds of food, that's over a ton, we also collected $1587.00 in cash donations for Crosslines!

Please take time to read about these vital programs and pray about what God might be leading you to give towards their support this year.

Mission Matters

Our local mission emphasis will continue to focus on hunger in our community during July, August and September. We will be funding and staffing the Saturday Food Pantry at Crosslines on the 4th Saturday of each month.

On Monday, April 29th, Greg Ellis, Etljen Flikkema, Terri Raahorst and Claudia Hartner helped staff the Mobile Food Truck at Robberson School. Forty five families were served, one hundred sixty five individuals.

We will also be sponsoring the Mobile Food Truck and will need folks to help deliver food with the truck the 2nd Saturday in July and August.

Want to join a service team?

Sign up sheets for dates in July, August and September are in the church office for the Mobile Food truck and Saturday Food Pantry.

"Water and The Word" Starts June 3rd!

Volunteers are needed to pass water out to the homeless on Tuesday mornings. Sign-up sheets are in the church office or call Claudia Hartner at 827-3497.

Welcome
