Christmas Eve Services
Traditional Christmas Eve Service - 4:30 pm
This service will feature beloved Christmas songs in a traditional setting, an interactive moment for children to bring canned good offerings, communion, and Silent Night sung by candlelight. Those canned goods will go to our mission partner, Well of Life. Worship bags for children will be provided.

91st Annual Candlelight Musical Service | Dec. 10 - 7 PM
This time-honored tradition celebrates the beauty of the arts at First & Calvary through an intimate worship service that features a variety of musical styles present by the musicians and friends of First & Calvary. It is an hour of candlelight, music, worship, and a message. The musical gifts have grown beyond the choral tradition, but the heart of this service remains the same as it has been for almost a century. Come and be a part of this warm, reflective evening.
Choir & Orchestra Masterwork | Dec. 17 - 11 PM
Join us in our worship service on December 17 at 11 a.m. to hear this beautiful choral-orchestral work written for strings, harp, soloists, and choir. In Terra Pax by Gerald Finzi is a beloved piece that recounts the Christmas story through English poetry and scripture. Extraordinary musicians from the greater Springfield area will be combining their talents to bring this work to life, including baritone soloist Chris Thompson and soprano soloist Claire Herzog.
