One Another Groups

In order to foster new kingdom relationships within our church family, we are launching One Another Groups this October!

These short-term home groups provide a place to get to know other First and Calvary congregation members and encourage one another in our faith. Groups meet three times throughout the month of October for a potluck meal and informal time of encouragement and conversation. If childcare is a need you can indicate that within the sign-up form. You'll soon be hearing back with details about your group (i.e., schedule, group members, hosts, etc.).

The registration deadline has passed, but if you'd like to see if there's space to join, please email j.swope@firstandcalvary.org.

Women's Chorus

This fall, everyone at F&C has the opportunity to sing in a short-term choir! This is perfect for anyone who loves music but can’t commit to singing every week. In just 2 short weeks you can get the full experience of making beautiful music, making new friends, and using your gifts to worship God!

The Women’s Chorus will be singing in the 11:00 service on October 27. Rehearsals will be October 16 and 23 from 7:00-7:30 in the Choir Room.

We are joining Covenant Presbyterian Church for the annual Women's Gathering at their church on November 9th to experience worship, teaching, conversation, and lunch! This year's speakers are our very own Pastor Jamie Swope! It’s just $30 if you sign up before 10/31/2024, but if you miss that date, it’ll be $35—so don’t snooze! Need a babysitter? We've got you covered—details are all on the form! Can’t wait to see your lovely faces there!

Abide Women's Bible Study

How can we hold onto assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us?

In three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it.
Wednesdays, Sept. 11 from 6:00-7:30 join us for this women's Bible study based on a video series by Jen Wilkin. This study is facilitated by Sarah Orlandos. Study guides can be purchased from Amazon (contact j.swope@firstandcalvary.org for assistance). For childcare inquiries, contact t.clayton@firstandcalvary.org.
